Kimes Ranch announced a partnership with Boot Barn, positioning the western retailer as presenting sponsor of the Million Dollar Breakaway rodeo event. The collaboration unites two iconic American traditions: the timeless appeal of top-quality western wear and cowboy boots with the exhilarating excitement of rodeo. Boot Barn, the nation's largest western and workwear retailer, supports over 800 rodeos annually across America. The Million Dollar Breakaway represents a pioneering rodeo competition offering over one million dollars in purse money — the richest breakaway roping event in history. Created by Kimes Ranch with producer Chris Neal, the event provides female breakaway ropers a competitive platform with no membership required to enter. The competition features 25 competitors: ten ranked ropers from world standings plus fifteen qualifiers. The event runs November 24-30 in Scottsdale, Arizona, at WestWorld of Scottsdale, offering live music, retail shopping, and access to Scottsdale's local attractions alongside competition. Boot Barn will have a significant presence throughout the event week, including on-site activations and exclusive western wear offerings for competitors and spectators alike.
